Accounts are optional.
You can always order on WhatsApp without one. An account remembers your details, shows your orders and their photos, keeps your saved pieces, and unlocks our first-order offer.
Who can have one.
You must be 18 or over. One account per person, signed in with your own Google account.
Your details.
Keep your name, WhatsApp number and addresses accurate. Order from the WhatsApp number on your account. We use your details as our privacy notice describes.
Keeping it safe.
Your Google account protects your StylishlyDesigns account. Sign out on shared phones. If you think someone else used it, use “Sign out everywhere” and tell us.
The first-order offer.
The offer terms at stylishlydesigns.com/services#offer apply. It is one per account and one per phone number. We check when we confirm your order, so signing up alone doesn’t confirm it, and we may refuse it where the terms aren’t met or someone tries to claim it twice.
Orders.
Prices, deposits, delivery, the guarantee and returns are agreed with you on WhatsApp and set out on /services. Having an account doesn’t change them, and it doesn’t affect your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
Saved lists.
Anyone with a shared link can see the pieces on it, but not your name. You can stop sharing at any time; the old link then stops working.
Switching an account off.
We may switch off an account used to abuse the offer, mislead us or harm other people. We will tell you on WhatsApp where we can.
Ending.
You can delete your account at any time from Your account. Order records stay with us, as our privacy notice explains.
Changes.
We may update these terms. The date above changes, and we ask you to accept important changes when you next sign in.
Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State.
